Manaslu Larkya Peak Climbing

Trekking around Manaslu undeniably a remarkable journey crossing to the Buri Gandakhi, passing through a colossal and spectacular valley with the dazzling views of Manaslu (8156m), and crossing the famed Larkya La to the contrasting region of Sama, before we descend via the Marsyandi. Hiking in the circuit of the world’s eight highest mountain is an ideal challenge for first time trekkers and those who may have visited the Everest Region. The hiking in this route offers an exclusive opportunity to experience a reasonably “untouched “region of Nepal. The regions & villages through which we trek are predominantly Buddhist, the remote areas of surrounding Manaslu base camp are amongst Nepal’s most beautiful and with restricted access, and we see only a limited number of trekkers.

This widespread and strenuous trek is manifestly rewarded with some of the grandeur mountain views amalgamated with the rich cultural heritage and vivid biological diversity as it rotates the entire Manaslu range. The trek begins at the town of Arughat, a large prosperous bazaar in central Nepal. The trail leads through the dense bamboo forests passing some of the fascinating Gurung villages. We travel to borderlands with Tibet, experience Tibetan style culture, great mountain views and extensive forests on the stunning circuit trek of the Manaslu region.
